The first of Synesso’s newest series, the S200, was created with innovation in mind. An approachable, volumetric machine, with a triple level positioning drain tray to make everything more accessible. The S200 maintains the Synesso Standard of no-wear parts, individual group programming, and cool-touch steam wands. It also has a wired controller for setting and saving total water count, and optional pre-infusion duration on both groups.
To better encompass the needs of high volume stores; Synesso followed up with the S300. It is based off the same volumetric build as the S200. It also has an adjustable drip tray for easy accessibility. The Synesso Standard of no-wear parts, individual group programming, and cool-touch steam wands apply to the S300. It comes with a wired controller to control all three group heads flow rates.
After creating the MVP; Synesso fine tuned their design into the MVP Hydra. In addition to the MVP base build; the Hydra provides precise control over the extraction process of each group by having independent brew systems, and motors. This allows the barista to program up to 4 stages of different pressure profiles. These include Preinfusion, Ramp Up, Full Pressure (9 bar), and Ramp Down allowing concentrated flavors to pull from each espresso shot. The Hydra also comes with a wired controller to calibrate more accurately.
